Swing hooks
You might have your own individual climbing frame already, and now want to extend it with a swing. For such cases, we carry swing hooks and clamps in our online shop. In addition, some special swing seat models require specific types of mountings – we're well-prepared here, too.
Threaded swing hooks
Threaded swing hooks are suitable for wooden beams – both square and rounded. The threaded section either passes through a drill-hole in the beam of the swing, or alternatively is screwed into the beam itself. We therefore have threaded swing hooks with and without nuts, to cover both situations. The Safety swing hook, a galvanised threaded steel hook with a shackle, is especially convenient.
All threaded swing hooks are supplied with a carabiner hook from which the swing rope or chain hangs.
Swing hooks
Unlike threaded swing hooks, swing clamps clasp around the outside of the wooden beam of the swing. We carry both types of clamp: swing clamps for beams built with square timbers, and swing clamps for those built with rounded timbers. Note the different diameters of rounded beam swing clamps.
These, too, include carabiner hooks.
Special swing hooks
You have doubtless noticed the special models in our range of swings and swing seats, such as the Megaswing and the Relax swing. You will receive from us the correct mountings to suit the particular swing seat.
We also carry hooks for hammocks, so that they can be attached to a wall.
One intelligent solution is the bearing-mounted Powerhook swing hook. The bearings allow the swing (such as the Relax swing) to turn in all directions. This swing hook is attached to the ceiling.
There are also special swing hooks for double swings and nest swings.
