Can I pick up the items I ordered?
No, Collection is unfortunately not possible, because we ship from Germany.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery times of the products are listed in each product in the shop. The delivery time takes effect after we have received your payment. The item with the longest delivery time is leading.
Do you contact me before delivery?
This depends on how the package is sent. We ship in two ways. This depends on the size of the package.
1. Small packages with a parcel service (DHL / GLS). The parcel service will not contact you prior to delivery.
2. Large packages with a transporter. The transporter will contact you in order to inform you on the exact delivery time.
Once the package is shipped, you will receive more information about the mode of deliverance and delivery time.
Can I have de order sent abroad?
Yes, we can also send your order to another country. Please mention the foreign shipping address in the order process. You can also opt for ordering the product in the shop of the country concerned.
Do I get all products at once, if I order multiple items?
Basically you will receive the entire order at once. We cannot guarantee this, especially since the climbing frames consist of several packages.
The delivered product is damaged. What should I do?
We pack our products carefully. Unfortunately we cannot always prevent shipping damage. In principle, the carrier is responsible for this. Please act as follows:
1. Always unwrap the items to check for possible transport damage.
2. In case of damage always have the carrier note this on the consignment note.
3. Receive the item (certainly not refuse or return).
4. Please contact us within 5 days.
Only then can we can rapidly deliver replacement material.
